Hosanna by Hillsong
Great video clip, but what does the word "hosanna" mean? Well, this word is a Hebrew word, which was transliterated to Greek, then to English. Originally the word meant "save," "save please," or "please save!" Basically it's a cry to God for help. However, as the time went on, the meaning of the word changed to "salvation." Basically it became a shout of hope and exultation. So it went from "save please" to "salvation" or "salvation has come!" So when it says "hosanna to the Son of David," it means "salvation belongs to the Son of David." When it says "hosanna in the highest," it means "salvation has come in (through) the highest (Jesus)." YAY!!!

GGC Winter Retreat 2010
The 2010 GGC Winter Retreat was held from the 28th of December to the 31st of the December at Tahquitz Pines. With the guest speaker pastor Simon Suh (New Covenant Baptist Church) speaking, it was great time of learning and fun. The food was good, all the workshop time was blessing and even the activity time was exciting. I can't say anything bad about this retreat! I hope to do this again. YAY!!! Pseudonym Patrick!

Brunch at Las Brisas!
All those who have memorized 12 verses of Topical Memory System (TMS) first pack (from the youth group) have gone to brunch at Las Brisas restaurant located in Laguna Beach, California. All of the students were given one verse a week to memorize during Friday night worship time and on Sunday bible study time (one verse a week) to memorize. Many of them have memorized all twelve verses it with excellence. However, when it was time to recite all of the verses together, on the spot, some of the participants froze and could not recite it. But for those, who have memorized all twelve verses, were treated out by the teachers. We are planning on to memorize twelve more verses upcoming months, and I sincerely believe that everyone can do it with some effort. So I encourage all of us to memorize with excellence and confidence!!!

GGC Summer Retreat 2010
This was the GGC 2010 Summer Retreat at Tahquitz Pines. The facility was good, the food was good, people were good, attendees were good, worship was good, everyone who went were good and everything about this retreat was good. The only bad thing was that it was only 2 nights and 3 days.
